We're in search of a driven and seasoned Regional Sales Manager to join our client's team in the Atlanta Metropolitan area. As the Regional Sales Manager, you'll be pivotal in overseeing and amplifying business presence within the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic sales plans tailored to meet company objectives within the assigned region. This involves analysing market trends, identifying key opportunities, and formulating effective strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expand market reach. This includes prospecting potential clients, conducting market research, and pitching our products/services to relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. This involves understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to enhance their experience with our products/services.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and colleagues to maximize sales efforts and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Adherence to Company Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven background in sales and business development expertise.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with lighting technology and the retail industry (experience in these fields is a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 years of executive B2B sales experience.
  • Willingness to travel within the United States. 50% or more
