Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Bayview-Hunters Point, San Francisco, CA

Salary: $85,000 - $90,000

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all Warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and providing training to employees.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace environment.
• Ensure timely completion of fulfilment, kitting, and packaging projects, meeting or exceeding gross profit expectations.
• Collaborate with the Technology team to enhance customer service through automated responses, bot answers, and machine learning.
• Improve pick and pack procedures, warehouse systems, and layout for enhanced efficiency.
• Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Warehouse team and Assistant Manager, providing coaching and upgrades as needed.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports on various metrics including webstore performance, fulfilment revenue, and customer service metrics.

Requirements:

• Experience as a pick and pack warehouse manager or fulfilment supervisor in a large warehouse or 3PL setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of managing and motivating warehouse team members.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management and Inventory Management Software, with experience in job costing and labor metrics reporting.
• Familiarity with freight forwarding, including import/export documentation and customs brokerage.
