We're seeking a detail-oriented Procurement & Supply Chain Project Manager to join a fast-paced, highly regulated organisation that supports global product trials. You'll play a key role in managing customer-specific equipment and kit fulfilment - ensuring the right products are sourced, planned, and delivered on time and in compliance with international requirements.
What You'll Do:
- Manage demand planning activities based on customer trial schedules and specifications
- Translate customer requirements into detailed procurement and fulfilment plans
- Monitor inventory levels, product expirations, and replenishment timelines
- Coordinate cross-border movements of equipment, ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Liaise with suppliers, logistics teams, and customers to ensure on-time, accurate delivery
- Support audits and maintain documentation to meet regulatory and customer standards
- Track project timelines, report on performance, and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with internal procurement teams who manage supplier contracts and commercial terms
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in project management, supply chain, or procurement operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer demand and plan accordingly
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a compliance-driven environment
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Experience within trial operations, logistics, or regulated supply chains is advantageous
- CAPM or PMP certification preferred but not essential
