We are seeking an initiative-taking Quality Coordinator to join a fast-growing international manufacturing and distribution group. You will play a key role in supporting quality, health & safety, and environmental compliance across US facilities, ensuring standards are met, systems are maintained, and continuous improvement remains at the forefront of operations.

What You will Do:

• Support and lead ISO 9001 and AS9120 audits across multiple US sites.
• Maintain and update quality management systems (QMS) and calibration schedules.
• Produce performance reports, metrics, and statistical data on departmental functions.
• Consult with suppliers and customers regarding corrective actions, returns, and quality issues.
• Coordinate supplier quality activities and customer questionnaires.
• Support Health & Safety processes, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
• Administer and track corrective actions, root cause analysis, and preventive measures.
• Assist with RMA processing, supplier onboarding, and customer satisfaction surveys.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

What We are Looking For:

• Previous experience in a quality coordination, manufacturing, or distribution environment
• Strong analytical and administrative skills with great mindfulness
• Confident communicator with the ability to build cross-site relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9120, and QMS principles
• Experience with REACH, RoHS, or import/export processes advantageous
• A positive, "can-do" attitude and a passion for driving quality improvements
