Sourcing Manager & Driver Relations

Responsibilities:

• Craft and implement the best business development strategy for the New York market in collaboration with the Director.
• Establish strong relationships with Freelance Drivers, Suppliers, Airport Landside Managers, Meet & Greet, and business Operations & Dispatch Teams.
• Lead sourcing efforts to attract, contract, and retain Freelance Drivers, identifying and negotiating with Suppliers.
• Build and maintain a competitive edge for the brands in the New York market.
• Foster rapport with NY Freelance Drivers to enhance the Driver and Guest experience.
• Coordinate onboarding of new Drivers and assist them with operational, service, safety, and technology matters.
• Enforce full usage of the Freelance Driver App in collaboration with the Director and Dispatch peers.
• Actively participate in curbside activities at JFK, LGA, and EWR during high-demand periods.
• Share New York ground transportation market trends, track competitors' activities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Nurture relationships with industry stakeholders, including Airport Authorities and local regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• College Bachelor's Degree in Business.
• 5 years of experience in the Airport Ground Transportation Industry.
• Previous experience working with Independent Contractor Drivers, Ride Share Operators, and Black Car companies.
