Job Title: Logistics Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-driven Logistics Project Manager to oversee the movement of specialized equipment and customer-specific kits. This role is critical in ensuring that shipments are delivered on time, in compliance with international regulations, and tracked with full visibility for customers. Working in a highly regulated environment, you will coordinate imports, exports, and courier bookings while managing the precise delivery timelines that keep operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
- Manage end-to-end logistics for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring equipment/kits arrive on schedule
- Oversee customs clearance, import/export documentation, and compliance with varied country-specific regulations
- Book and manage couriers, ensuring full shipment visibility and real-time tracking updates for customers
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing accurate shipment status and supporting audits when required
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to maintain SOP compliance and support process improvements
What We're Looking For:
- Proven logistics, supply chain, or project management experience in a regulated or time-sensitive industry
- Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs, and documentation requirements
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex timelines
- CAPM or PMP certification preferred, but not essential
- Background in highly regulated logistics or equipment management is beneficial but not mandatory
