Responsibilities:

Your role will involve driving growth by acquiring new customers and ensuring the satisfaction and retention of existing clients. - Offer top-notch technical support to customers, positioning us as leaders in the industry.
- Proficient in managing application assessments and generating quotes.
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and display innovation, creativity, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in numeracy.
- Formulate comprehensive business strategies to foster new opportunities, explore untapped territories, and introduce innovative products.
- Extend our market presence and customer base in diverse industries and applications.
- Investigate and rejuvenate declining or lapsed business with substantial growth potential.
- Utilize key KPIs as a foundation for steering and monitoring your sales endeavours.
- Maintain daily oversight of your sales pipeline using CRM tools and manage order backlogs within our ERP system.
- Provide precise order and sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with Operations leadership to determine optimal stock levels and profiles.
- Capitalize on pricing strategies and efficient quoting to maximize profit margins.
- Establish regular proactive communication channels with our clientele.
- Document customer interactions and sales visit summaries in the CRM.
- Adhere to budgetary guidelines for sales and expenses.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing and/or a Technical Subject an advantage.
- 3 years in business development and sales.
- A track record of meeting sales targets and developing new business.
- Strong data analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experienced in the interconnect industry is a plus
