Outside Sales Executive - Final Mile & Expedited Delivery
Location: Atlanta Metro, GA (Hybrid)
Salary: $80,000 - 90,000 car allowance
Type: Permanent, full-time

Cast is partnering with a well-established, growing provider of final-mile and expedited delivery services to recruit a Outside Sales Executive for their Atlanta operation.

This is a genuine new business role for a driven "hunter" who enjoys opening doors, building relationships face to face, and seeing the direct impact of their work on revenue growth. You'll have the backing of an experienced operations team and the freedom to build your own pipeline across the Atlanta market.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and winning new business across the Atlanta metro area
• Targeting customers in sectors such as medical supplies, construction and building supplies, HVAC and technology, retail, wholesale
• Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and in-person meetings through to closing and onboarding
• Building strong, long-term relationships with new customers
• Developing and delivering sales plans to meet and exceed targets
• Working closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Tracking performance and keeping on top of market trends and competitor activity

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in sales
• A proven track record of selling in the Atlanta metro market, with strong local connections
• A self-starter with excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills
• Experience in courier, logistics, transportation or a related B2B service is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience is desirable
• Must live within the Atlanta metro area
