Location: Brooklyn, NY

Salary: $90K - $120K Base salary per Annum benefits

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to take full ownership of our client's warehouse within the healthcare sector. You'll lead a small team and ensure smooth pick & pack operations in a regulated environment.

What You'll Do:

• Manage all warehouse operations, staff, and facility performance
• Oversee pick & pack fulfilment and stock control with 100% accuracy
• Lead cyclical stock counts and support regulatory audits
• Maintain SOP compliance and drive process improvements
• Set the tone by leading from the front in a detail-driven environment

What We're Looking For:

• Proven warehouse/operations management experience
• Detail-oriented, proactive leader who thrives in a regulated setting
• Experience with audits, stock control, and team leadership
