• Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to make informed buying decisions and optimize product assortment.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to plan product assortments, promotions, and markdown strategies.
• Monitor inventory levels, sales performance, and product feedback to make data-driven adjustments and maximize profitability.
• Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to anticipate opportunities and challenges.
• Conduct product knowledge presentations for team to ensure alignment with brand standards and customer expectations.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and store operations, to achieve business objectives and drive sales.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of high-end retail buying experience.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Must possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a proven track record of successful vendor relationships.
• Your creative flair and passion for fashion are matched by a deep understanding of style trends and customer preferences.
• Must be able to prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines consistently, and approach problem-solving proactively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, inventory management software, and retail analytics tools.
