EDI Analyst

Job Title: EDI Analyst / Specialist

Location: Hybrid

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

Job Overview:

You'll be part of the dedicated Information Services team ensuring the delivery of delicious specialty food items to our customers. The EDI Analyst is a self-starter who will handle all day-to-day EDI operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the EDI Manager on implementations and work cross functionally to ensure errors are resolved.

What does your day look like? Some of your duties may include:

• Day to day support of all EDI systems.
• Experiences with EDI Languages such as 850/875/810/880//894/856
• Liaison for Sales Team and Customers.
• Participate in the analysis of processing or system errors that are impacting EDI Department.
• Creating and integrating maps and processes, providing implementation and analytical support for EDI Department

Key Requirements for this role:

• Experience in EDI/VAN Environment Management
• Additional file formats: CSV, CXML (not only X12 EDI)
• Experience with Cleo
• Experience in working in Supply Chain/logistics industry will be a plus
• Experience in environments with multiple, diverse EDI partners

Advantages for this role:

• 2-4 Years' experience with EDI Translation of various Transaction types
• 2-4 Years' experience establishing data communication using AS2, VAN and FTP.
• 1-3 Years' experience with Cleo preferred.
