A rapidly growing 3PL organisation is seeking an experienced Director of Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Inventory & Distribution to lead a multi-site distribution network supporting high-volume, multi-client operations. This role is central to driving operational excellence, ensuring service precision, and optimizing warehouse, transportation, and inventory performance across a dynamic logistics environment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily operations across warehouse, logistics, and distribution functions, ensuring accuracy, productivity, and consistent service delivery
• Oversee multi-client warehousing activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and value-added services
• Direct transportation and outbound distribution performance, ensuring on-time, damage-free delivery
• Manage inventory control processes, cycle counts, slotting, and root-cause corrections to maintain top-tier accuracy
• Implement Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workflow efficiency and reduce operational waste
• Drive performance visibility through KPI development, reporting, and operational analysis
• Support the onboarding of new clients into warehouse and distribution operations with seamless execution
• Lead, coach, and develop management teams and frontline personnel, fostering a high-performance culture
• Partner closely with customers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure SLA and KPI commitments are consistently met
• Assess opportunities for automation, technology upgrades, and operational optimization to support long-term growth

What We're Looking For:

• Strong background in 3PL, warehousing, logistics, or distribution leadership
• Experience managing multi-site or complex, high-volume warehouse operations
• Deep understanding of inventory control, transportation performance, and warehouse workflows
• Proven ability to lead teams, implement process improvements, and drive operational excellence
• Skilled in KPI management, performance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Confident communicator with the ability to work across clients, carriers, and internal teams
• Experience with WMS platforms, warehouse technology, and operational systems
• A results-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
