Life, to me, is about people first, roles second. I love getting to know what makes someone tick, what they’re brilliant at, and where they’ll truly thrive.
I believe the strongest placements are built on authenticity, trust, and a little bit of human chemistry. My goal isn’t just to fill a role, it’s to build relationships that last, partnerships that grow, and connections that feel natural long after the paperwork is signed.
Outside of work, I dive into online gaming where I confidently save virtual worlds while occasionally being defeated by teenagers with faster reflexes . ( I am also self-certified PlayStation remote mechanic )
I have a soft spot for exceptional coffee and hold a perfectly crafted espresso in the same regard as a classic James Bond film. Traditional Ethiopian coffee continues to set the standard for me.
Trading and financial markets keep my competitive side highly entertained, because nothing says “relaxing evening” like analyzing charts and negotiating with volatility.
I once ate street food in India with full enthusiasm and minimal hesitation. It was a bold culinary adventure that tested both my bravery and my stomach. I survived, learned to respect spice levels on a whole new scale, and came back with great stories and even stronger immunity!
