As VP of Sales at Cast USA I lead our sales strategy and help businesses connect with the right talent. With a background in sales management and recruitment across multiple industries, I’ve built my career on creating strong relationships, delivering results, and growing high-performing teams.
My leadership style is direct, people-first, and focused on growth. I believe in motivating through support and honesty, giving both clients and candidates the kind of experience that makes recruitment feel refreshingly human.
Whether I’m driving new business, mentoring a team member, or closing a complex deal, my focus is always on building partnerships that last.
When I’m not leading the sales team, you’ll usually find me at the beach (it’s my happy place), exploring wine farms, or planning my next night out. I’m also big on functional fitness, but I balance that discipline with a love for interior decorating, thrift shopping, and revamping unique finds into statement pieces. Basically, if I’m not closing deals, I’m either lifting weights, lifting wine glasses, or lifting a paintbrush.
I once managed to sprain my ankle while watering the plants. Not at the gym, not on a hike, not even dancing in heels. Just me, a hosepipe, and gravity.
I’m physically incapable of “just browsing” in a thrift shop. If I go in for one candle holder, I come out with half a lounge suite and a lamp shaped like a flamingo.
My friends think I have a secret GPS for finding the best restaurants. Honestly, it’s just hunger mixed with pure determination.
I’m convinced that lying on the beach with a cocktail counts as “strategic thinking time”.
