The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Product Growth to take ownership of referral programmes, viral loops and product-led growth initiatives.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be responsible for designing, testing and scaling growth mechanisms that drive customer acquisition through referrals, social sharing, advocacy and network effects.
This role will suit an individual who views distribution as a product challenge, thrives in fast-paced scale-up environments and has a proven track record of building growth engines within consumer-focused businesses.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design and Growth teams, leading experimentation and driving measurable improvements in customer acquisition and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product growth strategy with a focus on referrals and viral acquisition.
- Own and optimise existing referral programmes through continuous testing and experimentation.
- Design product experiences that encourage customer sharing, advocacy and community engagement.
- Build and scale viral growth loops across multiple customer touchpoints.
- Create mechanisms that increase user-generated content and organic word-of-mouth marketing.
- Identify new product-led growth opportunities including freemium experiences, invite loops and social sharing features.
- Lead analytics and measurement frameworks to ensure all growth initiatives are accurately tracked and optimised.
Essential Experience
- 5 years' experience within Product Growth, Growth Product Management or a similar role.
- Proven success driving referral programmes, viral loops or product-led growth initiatives.
- Experience working within high-growth D2C, SaaS, consumer technology or marketplace environments.
- Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks, A/B testing and growth analytics.
- Experience within venture-backed, scale-up or hyper-growth businesses.
- Previous founder, start-up or entrepreneurial experience.
